Professor Anhui Liang Shandong University of Science and Technology, China Professor Anhui Liang is the Director of Optical Fiber Communication and Biological Optics Cross-displine Research Center, Shandong University of Science and Technology, China. He held several positions, e.g. Chief Scientist, FiberHome Technologies, which is the third biggest system vendor in china; Chief Scientist, WTD; Deputy Director of University Academic Committee, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications;Head of Optical Engineering Discipline, Guangdong University of Technology;and Senior member of Technical Staff, Tyco Submarine Systems Ltd. in USA etc. He has published more than 100 papers and patents. He gave two academic seminars with total audiences of 247k. He is a reviewer of many departments of China. He made important contributions 5 of 125 unresolved key scientific problems listed by Science journal. He has made significant contributions in optical fiber communications, vision, chinese meridian, chromosome, quantum mechanics, sleep, AD, and golden ratio fields. Professor Xinyong Dong Guangdong University of Technology, China Doctor graduated from Nankai University in 2002. He has been engaged in postdoctoral research in Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since 2008, he has worked in China Metrology University, was appointed as "Qianjiang Scholars" distinguished professor, and was selected as the first level of 151 talents in Zhejiang Province and Jieqing in Zhejiang Province. Since 2019, he has been the distinguished professor of "Hundred Talents Program" of Guangdong University of Technology. He has been engaged in the research of optical fiber communication and sensing for a long time, presided over the completion of many national and provincial-level scientific research projects, published more than 240 SCI papers, cited more than 5,500 times, H factor of 41, published more than 20 invited reports and authorized more than 20 invention patents. Actively participate in organizing international academic conferences, as co-chairs of ICOCN2019 and ACP2018 conferences, and chairman of ICOCN2016 & 2017 technical committee, etc. |
Professor Qingsheng Zeng Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China Qingsheng Zeng (S'97--M'02--SM'11) received his Ph.D. from University of Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a distinguished professor and PhD advisor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), an adjunct professor and PhD advisor of University of Ottawa, Carleton University, Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique -- Centre Energie, Matériaux et Télécommunications (INRS-EMT), a guest professor of Harbin Engineering University (HEU), Northwestern Polytechnic University (NWPU), Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications (BUPT) and Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU). He has been a research engineer and a senior research engineer at Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC), Government of Canada. Dr. Zeng has undertaken research and teaching in several fields, including antenna analysis and design, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI), ultra wideband technology, radio wave propagation, computational electromagnetics. He has been the Chair of AP (Antennas and Propagation) / MTT (Microwave Theory and Techniques) Joint Chapter and Secretary of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chapter of IEEE Ottawa, a Member of IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Zeng has been a member of the Strategic Projects Grant (SPG) Selection Panel (Information and Communications Technologies B) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), a member of Site Visit Committee of NSERC Industrial Research Chair (IRC), and a reviewer of NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowships. He has published more than 150 SCI and EI indexed papers and technical reports, authored one book and co-authored two book chapters, one of which has been downloaded more than 3000 times only in one year after it was published in 2011. His work on the project “Aggregate Interference Analysis and Suitability of Some Propagation Models to Ultra-wideband Emissions in Outdoor Environments” has formed one part of Consultation Paper on the Introduction of Wireless Systems Using Ultra Wideband Technology, Spectrum Management and Telecommunications Policy, Industry Canada, and has been taken as a significant contribution to International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Dr. Zeng has been serving as an editorial board member and a reviewer for a number of technical books and scientific journals, as a conference co-chair, a session chair and organizer, a technical program committee co-chair and member and a reviewer, a short course/workshop/tutorial presenter and a keynote speaker for many international and national symposia. He has won several technical and technical service awards, was ranked as one of the researchers at Communications Research Centre Canada with the strongest impacts in 2011, and selected as a distinguished expert under the Plan of Hundreds of Talents of Shanxi Province in China during 2015 and an oversea prestigious advisor of Guangdong Province in 2016 and 2019. | |
Professor Defu Zhang Xiamen University, China Defu Zhang currently works in the department of Computer Science at Xiamen University as a professor, Xiamen hundred talents, China and Britain innovate leading talents. He is also a Chief Scientist and Founder of WZPZC E-Commerce Co., LTD and Red trees education. He received his B.S and M.S degree from Department of Mathematics at Xiangtan University, ang got Ph.D from School of Computer Science & Technology at Huazhong University of Science & Technology. From 2008 to 2016, he visited Hong Kong City University, the University of Wisconsin Madison, and Macau University. Besides, he developed an Internet Plus Big Data Platform (http://www.pzcnet.com). He supervised the ACM/ICPC team and his team obtained 3 gold of ICPC-Asia region contest. Research interests include intelligent agriculture, big data and artificial intelligence. He has authored over 50 journal articles, H-index=31. He now focuses on using big data and AI to solve the agriculture problem. |
