He is a senior lecture professor in Sydney, Australia, Director of the China-Australian Intergovernmental Sustainable Information Architecture, National "Distributed Energy and Micro-grid" International Science and Technology Cooperation Base, Summer Davos global youth scientist. He published more than 150 papers in the international top academic journals and meetings, and published 4 monographs, authorized 2 international invention patents. Professor Anhui Liang Shandong University of Science and Technology, China Professor Anhui Liang is the Director of Optical Fiber Communication and Biological Optics Cross-displine Research Center, Shandong University of Science and Technology, China. He held several positions, e.g. Chief Scientist, FiberHome Technologies, which is the third biggest system vendor in china; Chief Scientist, WTD; Deputy Director of University Academic Committee, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications；Head of Optical Engineering Discipline, Guangdong University of Technology；and Senior member of Technical Staff, Tyco Submarine Systems Ltd. in USA etc. He has published more than 100 papers and patents. He gave two academic seminars with total audiences of 247k. He is a reviewer of many departments of China. He made important contributions 5 of 125 unresolved key scientific problems listed by Science journal. He has made significant contributions in optical fiber communications, vision, chinese meridian, chromosome, quantum mechanics, sleep, AD, and golden ratio fields. | Associate Professor Hu Sheng Dalian Jiaotong University, China Sheng Hu, an associate professor and master tutor of Dalian Jiaotong University, received his Ph.D. from Dalian University of Technology, and studied in Utah State University for 24 months from September 2008 to September 2010. His research interests are signal and information processing, embedded instrument research and development, and modern communication technology, with emphasis on fractional signal processing and intelligent instrument research and development. Participated in more than 20 provincial and ministerial level vertical scientific research projects related to signal processing; According to the research progress, more than 60 academic papers were published, including more than 10 SCI journal papers, more than 20 EI retrieval papers and 1 academic monograph.
